Uplinks on switches. Physical interfaces on routers. Routing protocols/ neighbors on routers.

CPU and memory on each.

Which routing protocol are the routers running? Which vendor/ model?

You can modify BGP alert for use with EIGRP:

When you list resources on the router, are you given the option to monitor EIGRP? If so, ensure that you select it. (I don't have a way to test...hence my question.)
