maximum number of licensed elements

i have NPM with unlimited element count

when i,m trying to add a new device (huawei DSLAM) via network discovery in the import part of the discovery i get the following error

your maximum number of licensed elements can not be determined

any thoughts?

i checked the license details in the website it,s unlimited

note that add node option work fine.

the issue is adding a node using network discovery

It could be that the trial has an element limitation you can enter your license and if you need to move it to another server you can deactivate your license and move it if need be.

i only have NPM module on the server

one more thing that i should mention is that i have some mikrotik routers with unknown interfaces (ifindex changes) on the server

could it be cause of them?
