Upgrading Solarwinds

We are looking into Upgrading our Solarwinds environment. What options are available can we get a consultant to do this work?

3 Basic things that you need to look for :

1. Do you have access to Solarwinds Customer Portal ? If not find out who does (you will find all the details like modules, licenses, download bits here)

2. List out the modules you have and how many pollers - if you have access to Solarwinds console you can get this from there or check with your Tools admin for the same.

3. Use Product Upgrade Advisor which gives you a step wise instruction of what needs to be done to upgrade the Solarwinds setup you have
