SMS Gateway

Customer has SolarWinds setup with SMS gateway and are receiving text alerts on mobile phone for our counter part in Seattle.
They are trying to get the same kind of text alerts in mobile phones for their India operations. They are planning for a new connection for this and would like to know which is the provider which supports text alerts in India for the US SMS gateway.
