Fortinet displays only Packet loss and AVG response time gauge

can somebody help me to find out the reason why my Fortigate 310B only displays Avg response time and Packet loss gauge .... i need that shows as all mi other devices like CPU utilization and Memory utilization, when i discover my node only allows me to select packt loss and avg response time the other missing gauges does not appears.

The Avg Response Time and Packet Loss are calculated using ICMP requests/responses.

Could you check your device is configured in Orion as a SNMP device type?

Once done this, List the resources and ensure CPU and Memory are checked as well as the interfaces/volumes you wish to monitor.

I have the same issue on a 310B, but also on all my Fortinets (50B, 60, 60A, 60B, 60B Wifi, 100A, 200A). Seems that Orion does not recognize CPU/Memory.

Make sure that SNMP is enabled on the appropriate interface (the same screen where you enabled HTTPS and SSH to the interface on the Fortigate).
