Changing locale for Orion

Hello,

I am using windows 2003 server (english version) with changed system locale to typical european ones (including time and date display format). Unfortunately when accessing Orion through web, I get wrong American date display (month/day/year) whereas I need to have day/month/year (the same connected thing is connected with displaying time. Could you suggest me how I can change it? Thanks!
