NPM Startup Error

I am getting the following error when I open web interface for ORION:
I am running ORION NPM v 7.8.5 on Windows 2003 Server with SP1 and using MS SQL database

" Cannot start SolarWinds Orion NPM Web Engine (OrionNPMWeb.Application).

Error Number -2147221005
006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~800401f3 "

I have re installed the application many times and re run the configuration wizard too and have tried all user persmissions and rights told to me by Solarwinds Support but nothing is resolving the issue. Can anyone tell me how can this issue be resolved.

Make sure the Distributed Transaction service is started. I had the same error and that was the culprit.
