When a node goes down after hours, the NOC has to take the node name, pull up another database (callbook) to search by that name for the contact info. Is there a way in Orion to pull that information from a database that isn't in the same SQL instance directly into Orion? Is there a better way to do this?
I'm not that familiar with databases so I hope this isn't a dumb question, or am I sure this is in the right spot.
