I cant get temperatures from 2 of my probes.

Hello,

I have two HWg-STE probes, but I only get their status as data.

I've created a new poller, which contain the right OID. I've assigned it to them, but my poll fail every time I'm trying it.

All I want is to get a temperature graphic shown on our summary page. For now, I have to go on the node's web interface to check the temperature.

I'm learning both Solarwinds and english so don't be too rude!

Yes of course.

Here's the poll I created which fail.

Note: The default poller (Node details by Solarwinds) show the device's company names, logo and other information that my poll doesn't show.

Another strange thing with the NPM Administrator guide, I cant find a step in the "Edit node" section:

Also, my two probes which are both HWg-STE are not recognized as health sensors in the "Manage Hardware Sensors" section field.

Apologies if I'm overlooking it - but are you creating a Universal Device Poller (UnDP) or a new poller in "Manage Pollers"?

UnDP resources may need to be added to device details page - and the HWH data will be show in this separate resource.
