Free tools integrated to NPM

Question

Why is that free tools such as VMware monitor, exchange server monitor, IP SLA MOnitor, and other free tools are not integrated with NPM 9.1?

If it is integrated, how can we make it work? through universal device poller?

Or it is just created as stand alone (market-strategy?)

I know you can integrate the IP SLA Monitor using the UdP.  There is a video on the solarwinds website that will show you how.  I don't know about the rest, but I thought you could monitor VM with Orion 9.1.
