create resource to display on-call support person

Hi everyone,

On our summary page, we would like to post who is currently on-call for network support.  I would like it to work like the User Links resource except I don't want the name to be a link.  I just want a resource that has a heading of "On-Call Support", and then below that, have the on-call person's name and a phone number.

I was able to get this to work using the User Links resource by putting the name in the Name field.  The only way I could get it to display the name is if I put N/A into the url field.  However by doing that, it make the name a link, which if the user clicks on returns an error which I don't want.

I found what I was trying to do.  When using the HTML resource, I assumed anything entered into that resource had to be in HTML code.  i didn't realize until I tried it that I could add this resource and then enter in the information I'd like to present.
