No I don't think so. You can ask your Sales rep to confirm

I had this situation at a previous employer, and after speaking with sales they issued me a new license with the total number. It was completely painless.

No, you can't combine a NPM 100 with a NPM 500. You could work with Sales to move to the NPM 2000 in a single license. They will usually just charge you the upgrade price from the NPM 500 to the 2000.
