Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
Monitoring a Web page
ggrapple
While giving a presentation to my companies web application staff I got asked if Orion could monitor specific web pages.
They are having problems with the main carbon copy web page failing and wanted it monitored. I don't remember if it is possible and if it is how to do it.
If its not does anyone have a solution that integrates well with orion?
Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to monitor network services like DNS or HTTP. The Application Monitor allows process monitoring only. This way you see that a web server process is up but you can't tell that port 80 is serviced.

Dirk
