Anyone have (or had and resolve) same error?

This error is very general so it’s impossible to tell what is the root cause here. What is the number of you active Support ticket so I can take a look at it?

yes I agree with you, is a general error, but also a very hard error!
My active ticket is 329414 but I suggest to you to perform a query based on my customer ID and see how many work has been done on this error.... I heard about 10.2.2 patch? it's true?

Got it. I see all you cases in tracking system, so I’ll continue working with you through it. NPM 10.2.2 Hotfix solves problem with polling stopped randomly under particular circumstances and won’t be useful in your case.
