v9 - Adding node from web front end = failure

Haven't opened a ticket yet. Anyone able to add a node from the front end? When I click "Ok, Add Node", the following dialog box presents itself:

Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500

It apparently added my node twice. When I access the "Node Management", the Windows laptop I added is listed...again, twice. (attachment)

WHAT

I had this issue as well. I say had because it was symptomatic of other issues I had with the Orion Service Module, the failure to create a business layer, the Job Scheduler issue, Universal Poller failure etc. I don't get it anymore since I have reloaded 1 billion times (I counted) and now none of the above works, just the basic Orion.

Worked really well for me. Love being able to add them via web instead of the system manager. Great job SW!!!
