Orion web passwords case insensitive?

Are Orion web passwords really case insensitive or have I missed a setting somewhere?

I think that the passwords for user login ought to be case sensitive.

yes, they are case insensitive. There is no setting at present to change that.

Since we are talkin'bout passwords, how do recover one?

Orion user passwords are managed in the Account Manager in the Admin option in the Orion website. Any user with Admin privileges can change user passwords for other users.

What's the path to the account manager? Maybe I'm not going to the "correct" Orion website.

What about if you cant get into the web console at all with the admin account? I just installed Orion PM and I have not yet been able to get into the web console using "admin" and no password.
