No thin APs or clients Cisco 7510 controller

I have identical Flex 7510 controllers running the same configuration (part of an HA pair).

When thin APs connect to one controller, I see clients and APs. On the other, nothing.

The only difference I see in NPM is that the working controller has information in "controller details", while the other has a nothing in it.

Are you polling other information regarding this second controller without issue? i.e. RAM, CPU, etc?

Yes. Everything else polls correctly. It’s just no clients/APs.
