Server keeps automatically rebooting

I have noticed an Event code 3011 in Windows logs that says:

Unloading the performance counter strings for service solarwinds: worker process v2 (solarwinds: worker process v2) failed. The first DWORD in the Data section contains the error code.

Can anyone direct me to a solution for this. I am running Windows 2008 R2, and SQL 2008 Ent
