Hi,
I am probably asking questions that have been asked before but, will Orion ever support SNMP Traps or the ability to add additional MIB's?
Seems to be the only features lacking in a great program.
Thanks

Those are two of the most-frequently requested features...not sure if they'll have them in before v8.0, though since support for those may require some underlying architecture changes.

Yes, these are major changes which many of us have requested.
Managing the devices has become quite complex & time consuming (since V5) now that there are so many new
features to manage. Here are some major management improvements that would benefit all customers, but in
particular, those with very large networks with hundreds if not thousands of devices to manage.
Right clickable menu in System manager with the following capabilities:
- add current device to any number of existing alarms/alerts
- disable/enable alerting for current device (maintenance mode)
- assign custom properties in Custom Property Editor to current device
Alarm/alerting configuration based on custom properties; e.g. by type, owner, region, time, circuit number, etc.
Filter list of devices in the Alert configuration Window, based on custom properties of Node or Interface.
These features would go a long way in simplifying the daily management of devices.
Other features which should be easy to implement or add:
Reports based on 95th percentile usage.
Reports based on assigned value - only show nodes with less than 100% availablity for past week, all nodes above xx% utilization
