Admin Account issues

We have admin and read only accounts using CAC authentication. Recently our admin accounts are not being allowed to login. By that I mean that when I log in with my admin account via the GUI it signs me in to a read-only account. We rebooted on Friday and that problem cleared. But it's back again this morning.

We did check our accounts in AD and on the Solar Winds server and they are all good.

Any ideas appreciated.

Replaced the job engine, polling controller etc and it works again. This seems to be the fix for about any issue we've encountered. Still curious if anyone has run into it before as it's gotten us twice in as many days.

So it looks like it has happened again. Not sure why replacing the job engine made it temp happy, but it's broken again. Any input is appreciated.
