But I have a problem, the people who install the application about 2 years ago did not leave any info about the installation of the software, so we now don't have any customer ID, so I don't know how I can fill the support form.
In other words, we don't have Customer ID
I see, I think your best bet then would be to email customerservice@solarwinds.com and let them know the situation and they should be able to work through the unknowns, just try to provide as much background and details as you can.
