Global SMTP change

What's an easy way to change all of our alerts so they point to a different SMTP server? I am having a bear of a time finding where that info is stored.

When I look in the alerts table, I see no reference to SMTPserver in any field. I had seen that message, but figured something had changed with the newer versions.

The SMTP server information is stored in the Target column of the AlertActions table.

Sedmo, when I look in my AlertActions table, what I see in the Target column is To:alertrecept@myco.com but no reference to what smtp server to use.

NOTE: TO CHANGE SMTP SETTINGS:

Run the executable located on the Orion Solarwinds server at the path:

<System Root>\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Common\SWEmailNotify.exe

Does anyone have a link to Admin / User documentation on how to use [SWEmailNotify.exe] to change SMTP settings globally for all my existing alerts.
