No Reset [Node Up] Alerts

Question

Scratching my head a little on this one. Using the out of the box alerts for Node Down works fine, but we never get the reset alert. Checked and double checked the alert config and it is set to the defaults. The only thing I can think of is performance. We are still in evaluation, and put it on a VM for the front end which is somewhat below spec. The SQL [cluster] is well spec'd. I cant find any articles on this particular issue, so I suspect its something simple I am missing. Ideas?

I think we might be good. After a WebEx with support and a few tests, we are getting the up alerts, as individual items anyway. I think the theory that the server became overwhelmed was correct, as it just seemed to struggle with multiple alerts. We are going to move it to a powerful physical server which should help. Thanks for the response.

Can you please post up the alert reset trigger? It will look like this

if the the recommended setting doesn't work, then use the bottom option and create an alert that is 1) node status is equal to up or 2) node status is not equal to down.
