I recently installed the latest version of NPM and added all my nodes. We a network containing 8 rings, but in 1 of the rings all the links between locations are not visible. When I inspect a node in NPM the link to the neighboring switch is missing, switches that are in the same location are visible in the topology map.
When I log into the switch and do a show cdp neighbors the switches are visible, but NPM does not detect them. I checked the interfaces on the switch and they are configured the same as the other switchports in the network. I also installed NPM from scratch again but the same links are missing in NPM.
All the other rings are working as expected, only this ring has the problem of the missing links.
