What does it mean when I get % Used of Total System Memory over 100%?
That doesn't make sense?

I have an idea to this problem:

Thinking of Windows Memory: If you have physical e.g. 1GB Memory. If this is getting to less, Windows gets some extra Memory from the HDD Space. So, the value for maximum is 1GB = 100% and Windows takes from HDD extra memory e.g. 200MB, you will have 1,2GB of used memory = 120%

Maybe this is the reason.....

this is also a bug in win2k... I have loads of servers all patched up to SP4 (this is required for correct reporting of mem/cpu)..... however 2 servers in particular even with SP4 report 200%+ mem usage... and they have 3gig each on an identical build.. I can only think that a MS patch was applied in the worng order and the system may require a reinstall of SP4 to correct.....

yeah, there is a bug with SNMP incorrectly reoprting the amount of memory a server running Win 2000 SP3. Below is the link on Microsoft's website. The fix is to upgrade to SP4.

I have an installation with a server with 2 GB of RAM and 2 GB swapfile.
The meter shows 250% memory used.
It is Win2000 but with SP4 so it should not be that bug
It cant be that it calculates with the swapfile for that should only add upp to 200%.

Any other idea?
