Solarwinds Collector Data Processor cant stop

When i try to stop the Collecor Data Processor stay in Stopping state... Do you know about a bug or something like that with this version.???

After that we sumbit a Support Case and they send us the following steps1. Stop Orion Services: [Start > Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Advanced Features > Orion Service Manager] and Stop All

2. Navigate to: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SolarWinds\Installers

3. Run 'CollectorInstaller' and choose to 'Remove'

4. Run 'CollectorInstaller' again, and choose to Install

5. Stop the Message Queuing service and open the folder "C:\Windows\System32\msmq\storage" remove ONLY the .mq , then restart the Message Queuing service from the server manager.

6. Start Orion Services: [Start > Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Advanced Features > Orion Service Manager] and Start All

After do this procedure, the problem was finally repaired.

Same problem here, and poller stops Polling.

since when you got this problem? Did you see this problem at previosly versions?

I had the problem in NPM 9.5.1 but it happened from time to time and restart would solve it, but now I have to do the whole repair procedure
