Question about character limit on the Axis of the charts

I have been trying to find out if there is a way to do a couple of things.

1. is there a way to change how the interface is labeled on the axis of the charts that I create? Example would be I have a chart that I made to show me the top 10 interfaces for usage, but the label is "switch full name" fastethernet1/0/1, it will cut it off at "swtich name" fas and I never get the interface number in it.

2. is there a way that I can set how I want to have solar winds format the name of the interfaces?

Any help would be great as I am new to all of this and trying to get reports done for everyone.
