installing in a separate virtual directory

Hi - I have the need to install SW in a separte VD within and existing web site on IIS. The reason is the site has a digital cert configured and I will to keep the same hostname and ports (80/443) configured for SW and the other sites, thus allowing SSL to function ok (I don't want to configure the default directory to SW)
Has anyone successfuly installed SW in this way if so could you let me know how?!
