I am a little confused by the difference between "Allow Advanced Customization" on the Orion Website Settings page and Administrator Rights set up for the user account?
Are the two settings mutually exclusive? Do both need to be set the same?

If you set the "Allow Account to Customize View" to yes for a normal user (non admin), he will be able to edit the resources in the views.
If a user already has the "Allow Administrator Rights" set to yes, setting the above parameter to No will have no effects.
