I would like to include in my reset/up notifications, the date/time of the actually trigger. i.e. - when a WAN site comes back up, I'd like to say the site had originally reported down at mm/dd/yyyy at 00:00 AM/PM, etc. I want to accomplish this with an advanced alert and have tried the following variables:
TriggerTime: ${TriggerTime}
LongTriggerTime: ${LongTriggerTime}
AlertStartTime: ${AlertStartTime}
AlertEndTime: ${AlertEndTime}
I had hoped that ${TriggerTime} would give me a date/time of when that particular alert triggered, but not luck. In advanced alerts, they variables come across as null. How can I include the date/time in my RESET/UP email notifications of the TRIGGER/DOWN details?
