Network Performance Monitor crashed discovering SNMP device

Hi guys,

I have a really odd problem trying to discover 2 Cisco routers on our network which cause NPM to crash. I can confirm that the SNMP community string is correct as the intial test is fine. Once I try to discover the device however, NPM hangs on the "Discovering Interfaces and Determining supported MIBs" page for about 10 seconds then crashes.

Could anyone suggest a possible cause?

Is this an issue you are having with the NPM tool inside of Toolset or the Orion NPM product? Your use of the word "page" leads me to believe that you might have better luck asking this question in the Orion NPM forum.
