Alerting on customer pollers

Hi. 

I am trying to write an alert for a riverbed device using the following OID.

1.3.6.1.4.17163.1.1.2.2  = Health

the alerting email reads as follows.

The status of ${NodeName} is

 

what I would like to do is have the next variable show the results of that OID (Healthy, Not Healthy, etc).  I have no idea what to use in customer pollers to get it to show the results. 

your help is appreciated.

I have the same issue with a different custom poller.  I don't see how to get the alerting value into the email.  The online documentation is useless.
