Limit Line on a graph

I am monitoring the Eb/No of a satellite modem, this fluctuates over a 24 hour cycle. I need to draw a line on a graph at a constant value so I can visually see if the Eb/No drops below a set limit. Is it possible to draw a horizontal line on a graph at a given value?
