IIS Problem with Solarwinds Web Console

Much help would be appreciated.

Basically when we try to access Solarwinds on any browser we now get the following page:

I've looked into the error and there seems to be an issue in IIS on the Solarwinds server but I can't seem to find the solution. If anyone would be able to shed some light on this or post screen shots of their IIS settings so I could compare, it would be much appreciated.

Managed to sort this myself now. After a few hours and a bit of hassle I seemed to have resolved the problem. In the end I re-installed IIS on the server and re-run the website installation via the configuration wizard and solarwinds is back. Phew.

HI,

Did u find anything in the logs? I came across similar issue where web console was not accessible and then after restarting the server everything was fine.

Nothing stood out and a restart didn't do anything at all. I think some files had messed up, but pin pointing it wasn't so easy. The fresh install of both solved the problem and wasn't too much hassle.

ok..but a re-installing everyime is an issue...so wanted to know if logs were of any help..
