Report On Reports!

Hi All,

Hopefully someone could help with this?

Is there a way to report on the staus of the configured reports and check to see if:

a) They are still used

b) When they were last run

c) What account was used to run the report

I have looked on Thwack and Google but cound't find any information on how to report on reports.

The only information stored in the database regarding report history is for Scheduled Report Jobs, which includes AccountID and Last Run date, so if that's what you're interested in then a Custom Report using the ReportJobs table for the datasource and choosing the required columns will be the way forward.

TerryHarding That's perfect thank you. I don't know how I missed the ReportedJobs table when looking through the tables- a simple query should do the trick

Heres a quick query for anyone else looking for the same solution:

select *  from dbo.ReportJobs where LastRun <= Convert(datetime, '2019-01-01')
