Test failed with "Unknown" status on xxxxx,Timeout While Executing Job

While i am trying to add the SQL services in EMEA region i could encounter the following error"Test failed with "Unknown" status on xxxxx,Timeout While Executing Job".Please help me to resolve this issue.Changed the template timeout interval but no luck.Added this service thought component monitor wizard without using any template.
