The Solarwinds NPM were using is version 10.6. The problem is discovering the fortigate appliance in the NPM, its tagged as unknown device. is it right that enabling SNMP in the fortigate appliance should solve the (Unknown Device) problem, but after enabling SNMP the NPM still unable to poll the device via SNMP. Can somebody help me for the work around the should be done to solve the issue. Thanks in advance.
