I upgraded my meru controller to 5.1-47 and now in NPM, I list only one Thin Access Point. I have restarted the solar winds orion engine. I also have restarted the snmp service on the meru controller. Any ideas on where to look next?
Hi Dwknick
Here is full details of OID's .

Please run the MIB Walk to your Meru Node and see what device is actually returned after an upgrade .

Also Try the following to create Universal Device Poller to see what device is actually returning to Orion .
Download import the following into your UDP .
If you are not aware of Universal Device poller please see video training.

Let me know if this helps, or if you require any further information.
Did you every find a fix for this, I'm having the same issues.
Running 10.2 and 5.0-96 on Meru.
“We implemented your mib walk here in the labs and found that it too only pulled data for the controller which displayed as one AP which is why you see one in Orion.
This will have to be escalated to a higher Tier / Dev so it can be looked at in more detail as to why this is happening. I cannot say at this time how long you will be waiting for a reply.”
Not an NPM 10.2 problem.
This issue has been resolved by the customer upgrading the Meru Wireless Controller to version 5. 1-55. All the APs show in NPM without problems.
I have upgraded my Meru controller to 5.1-55. The AP's did show up. It took a little while for the list to populate. Thank you.
After a couple days of monitoring the AP's are all there, however they are not showing the correct data, specifically the users attached to each AP. Has any one talked with Meru?
