New Admin Feature Request

We would like to have the ability to enter the users name as a field option for each account added. We use a numerical system for logons within our company and everyone wants to use this same system within the accounts, but with some 4,500 different accounts within our company, it's hard to know who these number represent. A field that allows a name would help a lot.
