Windows SNMP OID's for Disk IO Monitoring?

Does anybody have any Windows SNMP OID's for Disk IO Monitoring? I found some here... www.oidview.com/.../UCD-DISKIO-MIB.html

But they don't work. I know that monitoring disk IO via SNMP is possible, I just can't find the friggin OID's.
