ALERTING DEPENDENCIES: This SHOULD be simple, but I'm stumped.

Gurus, please refer to the attached illustration.

I'm trying to figure out a way (in Orion) to suppress the alert if Server A is DOWN only if:

1) BOTH VPN1 and VPN2 are down, or

2) EITHER SWITCH A OR SWITCH B are down

In other words, I only want to be notified when SERVER A is down if the components upon which monitoring SERVER A depend are at least partially available.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.
