Does anyone know of a counter for remaining pages in the page pool?

I have an app that has some sort of leak in it and it is draining the memory page pool. I want to ensure I stay ahead of any issue, do any of you know of a snmp OID or a wmi counter (for APM) that I could poll to see what is left in the page pool?

This is the error I got:

You could use APM Windows Event Log Monitor to report the Component is down, then you can create an Alert to E-mail you once this occurs.

Thank you, I have another application that I use for event log monitoring and have already added it to an email event. Also, I could convert it to syslog message and have a syslog alert on it, but I don't want to wait till the pool is already empty.

I was hoping to find a counter that I could use to find servers that have a steady decrease in the available page pool and/or have a way to predict when the server will run out. This way I can be proactive and reboot the servers before it has the error instead of after it has already filled and now have to react to the error of an empty page pool.

I just had a server that had this issue and ended up corrupting some configuration files. Yes, very poorly written app, why would that happen, but that doesn't matter, I need to try to help to keep it working.
