UnDP Pollers not Displaying all Interface Information

Question

Since upgrading to 10.4 and the new ability to be able to use tabs in node details view I wanted to add a couple of new UnDP pollers one is Interface speed and interface last status change along with interface status.

I've already created UnDP pollers for Interface Duplex status and Interface VLAN and these work perfectly displaying all 48 ports of information.

The majority of our switches we don't monitor the user interfaces only uplinks and for the pollers that aren't displaying everything they're only actually displaying information for the monitored interfaces.

Why do the VLAN and Duplex pollers display all interfaces both monitored and unmonitored but the Interface speed and last status change pollers only displays information for the monitored interfaces?

I would of thought given the information is contained in the MIBS on the switches that it would just display all the information in that particular OID Table and not care what is actually being monitored.

Any information would be much appreciated.

I can understand a licensing issue but both our NPM boxes have SLX licenses which my understanding was that they were unlimited on the number of interfaces that could be monitored.

So why am I being restricted, when I shouldn't be?
