Dynamic View Limitations

I,m monitoring a global network witch spreads over 200 different locations. I would like to have a Dynamic View Limitations baist on single locations. Is this possible or do i have to create a view for every location.

The views are based on the users web account.
You must restrict access to single locations in each of the users account.
You can base the limitation on any custom property assigned to each node.
