WAN threshold alerting on map
BryanBecker
Is this even possible?
I have a map that's shows all of our WAN conenctions. I would like for it to change colors based on thresholds. Kind of what appers in the "Interfaces with High Utilizations" view. I want the WAN icon to turn yellow/orange at 80% utilization and red at 90%.
TIA

Hi Bryan,
I have been attempting to do something similar with a map that details our core connections between three data centers. After looking at the code for the map pages and attempting to make some changes I have discovered two things:
1. I am not a programmer. I am a network goon.
2. It does not appear that maps will 'alert' (yellow, red) based on anything other than status (up/down).
Hopefully one of the kids at SW is providing this feature as we speak.
Be fantastic.

Thanks Issac.....that's what I expected. I think that would be a good feature request for SW to put in the code.
