Hello folks,
We are using two completely separate NPM servers to monitor the same network (business decision, not mine).
Every few weeks, one of the servers will lose the ability to poll one or more of the switches and report it/them as down, whereas it's partner server will see them fine.
It's not awlays the same server, and never the same switch(es).
We know that the switches the server can't see can't ping the server and vice versa, but we can't see why. The switches are still doing their jobs fine, and are reporting correctly to the other server.
Any ideas as to what we can look at?
