NPM Installation

Question

Dear Experts,

I have just done with installation of NPM. however, when i try to access it via web console with default user 'Admin' (without password & with password same as userid), i was unable to login.

Can any one give the hint what are the step i have to follow to access it first time.

When you first run Configuration Wizard, did you tick the "Yes - Enable automatic login using Windows Authentication"?

If so, this will cause failure since there are no added AD account yet.

Can you go to the IIS Manager and find the "SolarWinds NetPerfMon" > Authentication  >Windows Authentication > Disable

try to access web console again.
