Guys I needhel´for undertand and resoluiton erro when I execute the update NPM11 > 12.

first erroproduservice pasta vazia.png for what creat the folder solarwinds.....fg11vojr.. and solarwinds.backup.v...

seconde erroproduservice p.png what the rasons show thos error ?

thyrt erroproduservice 3.png not possible add permission for this folder.

The SolarWinds support make change in indices table data base And have a very problems with datas Truncated.

the ACL on the WebImageCache may be improperly ordered and cannot be repaired by the PermissionChecker tool.

You will need to open the permissions editor from the Windows folder browser and correct the order before re-running the permissions checker.

We tried that and it did not work
It does not create a folder in the new version of NPM.

So, no is out of space. We see this today. The Solarwinds support wiil go back tomorrow after to read the diagnostic files.

Did support figure it out I am curious to see what was the issue.
