EOC missing NPM nodes

Hello, we have an EOC on trial and have imported an NPM, it's gone OK however the number of nodes is reporting as 0. Am I missing something:

It's defintly picking up some things, like number of interfaces. If I go into the SAM bit, I can see the applications being monitored to it.

The user credentials should be OK, I'm just using the defaul admin username.

Any ideas?

Since you are evaluating, are you working with a sales rep? If yes, could you send this to them so they can grab and SE and work through the issue with you. Hard to diagnose and troubleshoot over forum.
