Upgrading from SQL MSDE to Enterprise?

I have to upgrade the database on my SLX version from MSDE to the Enterprise version. Does anyone know if I am limited to the Windows 2000 version or can I use the 2005 as well? Also, how would I migrate the data from MSDE to Enterprise?

Are you asking if your SQL license will work with SQL 2005?
Or are you asking if Orion will work? Orion will definitely work with SQL 2005. I would recommend it over SQL 2000. It's a significant enhancement.
